I built my career within major global companies, including Zurich Insurance, DHL, and Adecco. In those roles, I managed day-to-day operations for executive offices, led internal communications, and organised high-profile team events for Group CEOs. This experience shaped my deep respect for confidentiality, compliance, and the art of bringing different teams together.

Later, I founded and ran an independent direct-to-consumer apparel brand. Managing an international business from concept to launch gave me firsthand ownership of global supply chains, European vendor negotiations, import logistics, and commercial marketing. Because I have built a business myself, I truly understand the financial realities, daily pressures, and operational demands that founders face.

Today, I bring both worlds together to support growing businesses and regulated entities in Switzerland and abroad.
